Pasavouch Shipping Policy

At Pasavouch, we aim to deliver all digital products and services as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how delivery and fulfillment are handled for all orders made through our platform.

1. Delivery Type  
Pasavouch primarily offers digital products and services, including load conversions, digital vouchers, and e-pins.  
All items are delivered electronically through one of the following methods:  
- SMS or in-app notification for Load-to-Cash transactions  
- Email delivery for digital codes, vouchers, or prepaid cards  
- Direct confirmation via chat support for verified manual transactions  
No physical items are shipped unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery Time  
- Digital products (e.g., vouchers, e-pins): delivered instantly or within minutes after payment verification.  
- Load-to-Cash transactions: processed within 1–10 minutes during operating hours.  
- Manual verification cases: may take up to 1–2 business hours depending on system load or telco confirmation.  
If a delay occurs due to network congestion, telco downtime, or third-party verification, our support team will notify you immediately.

3. Operating Hours  
Orders and deliveries are processed between:  
Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Time).  
Transactions made outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Confirmation  
After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation message through:  
- Email or SMS (for digital codes and load transactions), or  
- Chat support (for verified requests).  
Please ensure your email, mobile number, and account information are accurate before submitting your order.

5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries  
If the system encounters a delay or the code is not delivered, please contact Pasavouch Support at support@pasavouch.com or via in-app chat.  
We will review the issue and re-send or refund your order if verified.

6. Changes to This Policy  
Pasavouch reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
