What Information Do We Collect?
Pasavouch collects only the information necessary to process transactions and provide a secure, personalized user experience.
We collect the following data when you use our app or services:
• Personal Info: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Nationality – used for identity verification and account management.
• Account Access: Email Address – used for secure login, transaction confirmation, and communication purposes.
• Sim Info: SIM Provider and SIM Number – used to verify the source of digital credits and prevent unauthorized transactions.
• Financial Info: Transaction History and Google Order Number (GPA Number) – used as an official record to verify successful in-app purchases.
• Payout Info: GCash or Maya Account Name and Number – used to process and transfer converted funds to your preferred wallet.
• Media & Files: Photos, Screenshots, and Files – used only when you voluntarily upload proof of payment or identity (KYC).
We do not collect unnecessary data such as contacts or real-time GPS location. Access to your photo gallery is strictly for user-initiated uploads of transaction proof. You may safely deny this permission, though manual verification may require alternative submission methods.
How Do We Use The Information We Collect?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:
• To personalize your experience: Your information helps us better respond to your individual needs.
• To process transactions: To fulfill your load-to-cash requests and verify payments via Google Order Numbers (GPA).
• To improve our app: We continually strive to improve our app offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
• To improve customer service: Your information helps us more effectively respond to your support needs and payout inquiries.
• To enhance security: Using transaction data and SIM info to detect and prevent fraudulent activities or unauthorized access.

App Permissions and Device Data Access
To provide a functional and secure experience, Pasavouch requires access to specific features on your device. These permissions are used strictly for the following purposes:
• Internet and Network Access: Allows the application to connect to our servers to process your load-to-cash conversions.
• In-App Billing: Required to securely process and verify payments for load and services through the Google Play Billing system.
• Media and Storage Access: Allows you to select and upload screenshots of your transactions or identity documents for KYC verification.
• Write Access: Allows the app to save necessary transaction logs or temporary files for better app performance.
When does Pasavouch use end user information from third parties?
Pasavouch collects information from third parties (such as Google Play Billing) only when necessary to provide our services. This includes receiving transaction confirmation and order numbers to verify that a load-to-cash request is valid. We do not actively collect or scrape private data from social media websites unless you voluntarily provide links or information for identity verification purposes.
When does Pasavouch use customer information from third parties?
We receive information from third-party services when you interact with our official support channels. For example, when you contact us via email or social media, we may receive basic profile information to assist with your inquiry. We also rely on Google’s automated fraud detection services to ensure the integrity of every transaction made within the app.
Do we share the information we collect with third parties?
Pasavouch does not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We share information only with trusted third-party service providers to perform essential functions:
• Database Management: Primary user data and account information are stored securely via Firebase.
• Payment Verification: Transaction details are shared with Google Play Billing to confirm successful purchases and verify GPA numbers.
• Administrative & Audit Records: We use Google Sheets and App Script for internal auditing, lookup, and record-keeping purposes to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Payout Processing: Your account details (GCash or Maya Account Name and Number) are used to complete the manual payout you requested.
Additionally, we may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and integrity of Pasavouch, or to comply with government requests related to fraud prevention and investigation.
Where and when is information collected from customers and end users?
Pasavouch collects personal information directly from users when they use the app or submit information through our forms. This occurs during registration, transaction requests, or when uploading proof of payment and identity (KYC). We do not receive, buy, or collect personal information from external third parties for any other purpose than providing our service.
How Do We Use Your Email Address?
Pasavouch uses your email address only for essential communication related to your account or transactions. This includes verification messages, transaction confirmations, and updates about your payout status.
We do not send promotional or marketing emails, and we do not share your email address with any advertising or third-party marketing platforms. If you receive an email from Pasavouch, it will only be related to your account activity or support requests.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
Pasavouch keeps your information only for as long as necessary to complete transactions, maintain accurate audit records, and comply with applicable laws. Once your data is no longer needed for these operational purposes, it will be securely deleted or anonymized. All stored data is handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
Pasavouch applies reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions are handled securely through our primary database services (Firebase) and administrative tools (Google Sheets and App Script). Access to stored data is strictly restricted to authorized personnel who are required to keep the information confidential.
While we follow industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We continually monitor our systems to maintain the safety of your data and ensure that all sensitive information is managed within Google’s secure infrastructure.
Could my information be transferred to other countries?
Pasavouch is based in the Philippines, but our service providers (such as Google) may store or process data on secure servers located outside the country. By using our app, you consent to the storage of your information in these secure data centers, which follow international security standards to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Is the information collected through the Pasavouch Service secure?
We take reasonable precautions to protect the security of your information. Pasavouch uses electronic and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the proper use of your data. While we take all appropriate steps to secure your information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of internet-based services.
Can I update or correct my information?
You may request to update or correct the personal information you have provided to Pasavouch by contacting us through our official support channels. We allow users to change details such as their name, SIM number, or payout account information if there are errors.
Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account or remove your information from our system, you may do so through the "Delete Account" option within the app settings or by submitting a formal request to support@pasavouch.com. Please note that some transaction records may remain in our secure backups for a limited period to comply with legal record-keeping and audit requirements.
Personnel
If you are a Pasavouch staff member or applicant, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide for administrative purposes. This data is used only for human resources management and is stored securely in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Sale of Business
If Pasavouch becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction. Any party that acquires Pasavouch will be required to handle your data responsibly based on the same level of privacy and security we follow.
Affiliates
Pasavouch may share limited information with its affiliated entities or partners for operational purposes such as system maintenance or service improvement. Any affiliate that gains access to this information will be required to handle it securely and keep it confidential.

Payment Details
Pasavouch does not directly process credit or debit card payments. All transactions are completed through trusted third-party payment channels such as GCash or Maya. We do not store your payment account credentials on our servers. Any payout information you provide is used strictly for manual fund transfers to your designated wallet.
Children’s Privacy
Pasavouch is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately so we can delete the data from our records.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Pasavouch may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
