Return and Refund Policy – Pasavouch

At Pasavouch, we strive to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery of all digital products and services, including load conversions, game vouchers, and digital codes. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Return Policy for Digital Goods  
All products sold on Pasavouch are digital and non-tangible, such as e-pins, vouchers, and prepaid load credits.  
Once a digital code or transaction has been successfully processed and delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.  

This includes, but is not limited to:  
- Game top-up vouchers (e.g., Garena Shells, Razer Gold, UniPin, Steam, etc.)  
- Prepaid mobile load or load-to-cash conversions  
- Digital wallets or credit-based purchases  

2. Refund Eligibility  
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:  
- The digital code or product was not delivered due to a verified system error on our side.  
- The code provided was invalid or unusable, confirmed by our support team.  
- The payment was deducted, but no service or digital delivery was received after verification.  

Please note: Refunds are not applicable for incorrect purchases, wrong email addresses, or mobile numbers entered by the customer, nor for user-initiated cancellations after successful delivery.

3. Load-to-Cash Transactions  
For Load-to-Cash transactions, all transfers are made via pasaload.  
A refund may be requested at any time, provided the transaction has not yet been processed or credited as cash.  
Refund requests can only be made through our official chat support or refund form submission.  
All refund claims are manually verified by our team before approval, and confirmed refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.

4. Verification Process  
To request a refund, please contact Pasavouch Support within 24 hours of your purchase and provide complete transaction details, including proof of payment.  
Refund requests are reviewed and processed only if they meet the eligibility requirements listed above.  
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.  

5. Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items  
Refunds are not available for:  
- Successfully delivered or redeemed digital codes  
- Completed load-to-cash conversions or cash-out transactions  
- Any third-party products or services already fulfilled

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
